Thermosiphon heating system – The standout feature of the E61 group is its thermosipon heating system which maintains excellent thermals and even heat distribution during extraction.

PID temperature control –With a user programable PID controller. the Mozzafiato Evoluzione R can be fine tuned to your brew temp of choice and has greater precision over a standard pressurestat.

Rotary Pump – Equipped with a commercial grade rotary pump. the Mozzafiato Evoluzione R has more consistent and precise pressure compared to its vibration pump counter part. all while being significantly quieter in operation.

Shot timer – A digital shot timer on the front panel of the machine allows you to monitor your shot to make sure your extraction time is spot on.
